* Novel set against a backdrop of circus-folk and carnival animals, weird elements,  sadism, cruelty, murder and lust, sounds along similar lines to Tod Robins 'The Unholy Three' (1925) which served as the basis for Tod Browning's infamous movie 'The Freaks'. A scarce book.
