Condition, 8pp, 11 x 7", supplement is made up of loose double pages (must have been bound at some point.) Pages are age toned but very clean, light foxing only. 


* The supplement contains the leader article 'Superstitions of the Druids' and covers weird elements of human sacrifice and an article on the custom of planting Yew trees in churchyards and the Gothic Ruins of the Savoy Palace. Contains wonderfully evocative woodcuts, not least the incredible cover illustration of a 'Wicker Man', The Gigantic Druidical Idol, as described by Caesar.
