Rubbed/bumped corners, spine tips have light scuffing/rubbing also, faint wear along the hinge lengths. Spine has dulled and there is some marking to the lower board. Title page printed in red and black, pages are tightly bound and clean, endpapers have toned and there is a previous owner's inscription to the fpd. 


Contains; ‘The Upper Berth’, the story of a suicide haunted state room and one of the most reprinted Ghost Stories in History.
